When can we check in?
Our rooms and suites will be ready for you from 3.00 pm. Please send us a short message if you’ll be arriving after 6.00 pm.
Check-in takes place at the ElisabethHotel, entrance Mitte 432, 6290 Mayrhofen.
When is Check Out?
On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10.00 am. You are welcome to spend the day in Mayrhofen and we’ll store your luggage in the meantime.
Where can I park my car?
There is one free underground parking space (entrance height 2.1 m) available for each apartment. Please let us know before you arrive if you will be coming with 2 vehicles.
How are the Apartments equipped?
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Villeroy&Boch crockery and Nespresso coffee machine. There are 49"+ HD Flat TVs and free WiFi in the living rooms and bedrooms. All bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathrobe, bath shoes and a hairdryer. Each apartment has a safe.
How much is the local tax?
The local tax is €2.20 per person per night.
Where can I store my skis or bike?
We have our own ski & bike room on the ground floor of our aparthotel. Each apartment has its own ski room, which can be locked with the keycard.

Can we bring our dog?
Pets are not allowed in the Sissi Suites. All apartments are specially equipped for allergy sufferers.
Is there a wellness / spa offer?
As a guest at the Sissi Suites, you can book treatments in the ElisabethHotel. However, the Elisense Spa area can only be used when booking a day spa (Euro 65,- per person and day, including afternoon snack and all spa facilities). Please be aware that the ElisabethHotel is an adults-only hotel - you can us the spa from 16 years of age.
Can we add breakfast?
You are welcome to add breakfast served at the ElisabethHotel (about 150 m away). We charge €20 per person per day. Breakfast is served daily from 7.00 am to 11.00 am..
